"Map won't open, I just get the spinning wheel and the app goes no further".

1. Check you have an internet connection when you first open the app. Once the map loads it will work with no connectivity but it does need to load initially.

2. Check you allowed the app to use you location 'Whilst using the app". If you disallowed location permissions the won't be able to locate you and therefore open the app.

"My battery drains quickly"
