Most run tracking software will store each of your activities with performance data and the route mapped in a GPX file.

How to download a GPX file from Strava

When logged into your Strava account go to My Activities, click on the activity title which if you haven't re-named it may be Morning Run or Afternoon Run. The run detail will appear including a map. To get the GPX file either download off the map view or click the 3 dot menu and choose Export GPX. This will download the GPX file to your computer which can then be loaded into RunHunters. Don't worry if your route is 'rough' or bounces around, we re-draw every route for accuracy.

How to download a GPX file from Suunto Movescount

Go to your Activity Feed in Movescount. Click on the activity title. Top right hand corner use the Tools menu to select Export as GPX.
